Regular supplementation with the following nutrients may improve your Natural Immunity, which is proven to be more effective than vaccinations alone.

B Vitamins supports optimal red bloods form and function which is important for maintaining oxygen levels, the nervous system and many other functions (often included in a Multi Vitamin, be sure the B’s are in the phosphate or methyl form where applicable)

Vitamin C   is critical for white blood cell function

         Ascorbic acid, or Calcium Ascorbate

                     Liposomal C is the longest lasting form take 2,000 to 6,000 mg daily

Bioflavonoids (a type of vitamin C) help regulate correct immune response

                    Quercetin, Rutin, Hesperidin, Rose Hip, Acerola

Fat soluble vitamin ADEK, and essential fatty acids (good fat)

Warning: cholesterol medications interfere with fat soluble vitamins which directly  affect immune, brain function and mitochondria.

Vitamin A (Beta Carotene)          1,000 to 25,000 IU

Vitamin D-3  1,000 to 10,000 daily (to much D can be harmful)

Vitamin E, mixed tocopherol, tocotrienols  400 to 1,200

Vitamin F  essential fatty acid, omega, DHA, EPA

Vitamin K-2 50mcg to 200mcg  there is K-1, K-2 and K-3 and K-2 comes in several forms

Minerals

A multi Mineral provides support for many body functions. (avoid taking to much of any one single mineral for extended periods of time) Ask about the oligo scan mineral scan!

Zinc fuels white blood cells, consider daily levels of 15mg to 50mg look for the following amino acid chelated forms. Note: People are often more deficient in magnesium than they are of other minerals. Iodine, also a common deficiency and has benefits for immunity too.

Zinc-bisglycinate, zinc-carnosine, zinc-citrate, zinc-ascorbate (to much Zinc could be harmful)

Nanoparticle Silver at 10-35ppm proven to disable virus, bacteria and fungus.

Amino Acids

NAC N-Acetyl Cysteine,  200 to 1000mg daily (great for the liver)

Caution : Diabetics have a comorbidity factor and are at a higher risk of experiencing greater side effects various COVID specific vaccines.  Furthermore, diabetic medications don’t actually reverse or end diabetes compared to supplementation and food selection.
